➞ PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a building which is split partly by hotel rooms and residential rooms. It is inside the Clarion Suite Gateway hotel, however you will not be a guest of the hotel and rather hosted by us purely.

You will however have access to the pool area, laundry area (paid) and carpark area as you would in a typical residential apartment building.

➞ PLEASE NOTE: The parking garage height limit is 1.85m and the carpark is quite tight. Please do not book the apartment if you intend on bringing a car taller than 1.85, or a long/large car.

➞ PLEASE NOTE: Most pillows are made of 100% natural latex (covered by a pillow case), so if you are allergic to latex, we also have provided a few pillows made of Java Cotton (aka Kapok).

➞ IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a fixed $100 fine for late check-out if our cleaners arrive and they are not able to clean right away due to lack of checking out on time or otherwise not returning the keys to the lockbox on time. Please ensure you are fully checked out and the keys have been returned to the lockbox by 10AM latest, unless otherwise organised with your host prior. Appreciate your cooperation here : )
